Types of Membership and Dues Schedule

* Owner level memberships
Owner level memberships are designed for those individuals who manage one or two vacation rental homes that they own personally. If you own more than one or two rentals, or you manage rentals owned by others, you should join as as Management Company.
** Supporter vs Sponsor & Management Company Memberships
Supporters are added to the list of MNVRA Supporter Affiliates page and receive 2-3 sentences about their business and contact information.
Sponsors and Management Companies receive a whole page under the Recommended Affiliates section and can add whatever information they would like, including images.
Vacation Rental owners who wish to receive an affiliate link are encouraged to join at a higher level of membership.
*** Political Action Fund (PAF) Donation
We suggest that each owner include a yearly donation of $100 to $5000 to The Political Action Fund. This donation is especially important now because we are working with the MN legislature to draft a fair Minnesota Vacation Rental law.
